xByte Fusion
xByte products launching
The first two products on the xByte platform are an AI helpdesk and operational monitoring. This page shows what they do and how the console is laid out—without a live login or a deep feature tour.
How the console looks
Preview only. Sample rows are fictional.
xDesk — tickets
xMon — devices
xDesk
AI helpdesk that turns alerts into tickets, closes them when issues clear, and runs predefined workflows. Host actions use outbound-only signed jobs—no inbound management ports on the server.
| Capability | What you see |
|---|---|
| Tickets from alerts | A queue when monitoring raises an issue |
| Auto-close on recovery | Tickets resolve when the condition clears |
| Workflows and routing | Work follows the team and path you define |
| Change on a calendar | Planned work visible next to day-to-day tickets |
| Approval before host actions | A person signs off before a signed job runs |
xMon
Monitoring, alerts, and plan-based reports for OT and network devices. Remediation uses the same outbound-only signed jobs—no inbound management ports on the server.
| Capability | What you see |
|---|---|
| Device and site health | Availability and status across locations |
| Rule-based alerts | Thresholds and schedules you control |
| Email and mobile notify | On-call friendly routing when something breaks |
| Reports and status views | A readable picture of what happened |
| Outbound-only remediation | Signed jobs leave the site; nothing inbound to manage hosts |
Together
xMon raises the signal. xDesk runs the ticket. More of the platform follows later.
Simple, predictable
Pricing
- No per-interface or per-metric surprise billing.
- Unlimited view-only visibility for customers, field teams, and stakeholders.
- Pay only for managed devices, privileged operators, AI use, and runbook execution.
- Clear live usage meters, warnings, grace periods, and no abrupt shutdown of active monitoring.
What you can do
xByte is one place to see the fleet, get notified when something is wrong, and run the ticket until it is closed. You do not open inbound management ports or leave SSH keys on the host.
| You | In the console |
|---|---|
| Watch sites and devices | Health, reachability, and last-seen for switches, PLCs, access points, hosts, and MQTT sensors |
| Set the rules | Thresholds and schedules; email or mobile when a condition holds |
| Work the queue | Alerts become tickets; they close when the condition clears |
| Route the work | Workflows, teams, and a calendar for planned change |
| Approve a host action | A person signs off; a signed outbound job runs — nothing inbound to manage the box |
| Ask in plain English | Intelligence over the same tickets and devices (Ask / reports), included with the product |
